To complete your registration, please follow all the required steps below.
Step 1 — Pay the Summer School Fee
Select “Summer School Registration – EI.A 2026” in the payment channel below and complete checkout for the fee of €150.
Note: This fee covers lunches and coffee breaks during the summer school. It does not cover the conference registration.
Step 2 — Submit the Registration Form
Fill out the Summer School Registration Form on this page. All required fields must be completed, including:

Position/role, affiliation, and country

Short participant information: Research Background, Current Research/Professional Focus, and Motivation for Participation (brief statements)
(Optional) Step 3 — Upload or Email Your Info
If you prefer, you may upload your short participant information as a document (PDF/DOCX), or email it to contact@energyinformatics.academy with the subject line “EI.A 2026 Summer School Registration”.
Please label any file with your full name (e.g., First_Last_SummerSchool2026.pdf).

Deadline: Registration closes on 30 August 2026.

Invoices/Receipts: A payment receipt is issued automatically after checkout. If you need a formal invoice, email your billing details to contact@energyinformatics.academy.

Summer School Registration Fee

The registration fee is €150, which covers lunches and coffee breaks during the summer school.

Please complete your registration by purchasing the Summer School Registration – EI.A 2026 product via the payment channel below.
Note: This fee does not cover the Energy Informatics Conference participation fee, which requires a separate registration.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the summer school committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 30 August 2026. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations received after 30 August 2026. The refund will be processed only after the summer school.

To help us better understand your background and interests, please provide brief responses in the fields below. Your answers will allow the organizers to tailor the Summer School program and group activities effectively.
