Energy Informatics.Academy Conference 2026 (EI.A 2026) invites global academics and industry professionals to submit their groundbreaking research, innovative developments, and transformative projects in the multidisciplinary field of energy informatics. This year, EI.A 2026, held at the Sino-Danish College in Beijing, China, is co-hosted with the Summer School in Energy Informatics 2026 (12-13 October 2026).

Call for Papers & Publication

Paper types & submission details

Long Papers

Length: 12–15 pages (excluding references)
Content: Original research results, comprehensive technical contributions, or validated case studies
Publication: Included in Springer LNCS proceedings

Short Papers

Length: 6–12 pages (including references)

Content: Work-in-progress, proof-of-concept, or preliminary studies with innovative insights

Publication: Included in Springer LNCS proceedings

Abstracts

Length: Max. 250 words
Content: Project presentations, idea pitches, or position statements
Publication: Published only on the conference website, not in Springer LNCS

The Accepted and presented papers* will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) proceedings volume.

LNCS volumes are indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), part of Web of Science; Scopus; EI Engineering Index; Google Scholar; DBLP; etc.

*Please note that the abstract papers will not be included in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) EI.A 2025 proceedings volumes, but will be made available on the conference webpage.
