All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the summer school committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 5 November, 2023. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 5 November, 2023.. The refund will be processed only after the summer chool.
