All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the summer school committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 11 September 2026. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 11 September 2026. The refund will be processed only after the summer school.
