Prof. Dr. Zita Vale 
Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal

Prof. Zita Vale is Full Professor at the Polytechnic of Porto (IPP), Portugal, where she leads the GECAD – Research Group on Intelligent Engineering and Computing for Advanced Innovation and Development. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems, and knowledge engineering applied to power and energy systems. She has coordinated and participated in numerous national and international R&D projects in smart grids, energy communities, demand response, and electric mobility. Prof. Vale has published extensively in leading journals and conferences and is internationally recognized for her contributions to intelligent and decentralized decision support systems for sustainable energy. She also serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Applied Energy.

Prof. Shouyang Wang 
Chinese Academy of Sciences; University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

Shouyang Wang is a Fellow of The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (IASCYS), an Outstanding Research Fellow of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Distinguished Professor under the Ministry of Education’s Changjiang Scholars Award Program, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is Director of the Center for Forecasting Science and serves as Editor-in-Chief, Executive Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editor, or editorial board member of twelve European and American academic journals. He formerly served as Dean of the School of Economics and Management at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and as President of the Systems Engineering Society of China. His research spans decision analysis, complex data modelling and analysis, supply chain management, financial innovation and risk management, economic analysis and forecasting, and energy and environmental economics and policy analysis. He has published more than 520 papers, including in Science, Nature and several Nature sister journals, PNAS, and Management Science.

Prof. Tieju Ma 
Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

Tieju Ma is a Distinguished Professor at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Senior Guest Research Scholar at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA). He was a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor appointed by the Ministry of Education and is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund. His long-term research focuses on technological change and energy systems analysis. His representative work has been published in leading Chinese and international journals including Management Science, PNAS, European Journal of Operational Research, Energy Economics, Journal of Management Sciences in China, and Chinese Journal of Management Science. He received the Second Prize of the Sixth Higher Education Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award from the Ministry of Education (2013).

Prof. Lean Yu
Sichuan University, China

Lean Yu received his PhD in Management Science and Engineering from the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2005. He is a distinguished professor at Sichuan University’s Business School, an Academician of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Artificial Intelligence Sciences, International Academy of Information Technology and Quantitative Management, and Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association. He received the China National Science Funds for Distinguished Young Scholars and National Program for Support of Top-Notch Young Professionals. He has published over 100 papers in leading journals, including INFORMS Journal on Computing and IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, Knowledge and Data Engineering, and Cybernetics. His interests include Big Data Intelligence, Economic Forecasting, FinTech, and Energy Management.

Dr. Bing Yu
Deputy General Manager, Innovation Business Department, China Automotive Battery Research Institute Co., Ltd., China

YU Bing, male, Professorate Senior Engineer, received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager (presiding over work) of the Innovation Business Department at China Automotive Battery Research Institute Co., Ltd. His main research focuses on the design and process research of all-solid-state batteries and the development of silicon-carbon anode materials. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 national and provincial/ministerial projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and high-quality development special projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He has published 18 SCI papers in journals such as the Journal of the American Chemical Society and ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, been granted 15 patents, and received one first prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.
