To ensure a consistent visual identity across all EI.A 2026 presentations, please use the official EI.A 2026 PowerPoint template for preparing your slides.

This template is required for both in-person and pre-recorded presentations and includes recommended layouts, fonts, and styles that maintain the conference’s visual standards.

Pre-Recorded Presentations (Video-Only Presenters)
Authors who will not attend the conference in person are requested to submit a pre-recorded video presentation. The video will be played during the assigned session at the conference venue.
Requirements:

Use the official EI.A 2026 PowerPoint template for your recording.

Follow the presentation time limits: max. 10 minutes​

Upload your video file (MP4 or MOV format, maximum 2 GB) via Dropbox (No Dropbox account is required.)

File naming format: PaperID_Surname of Presenter (Example: Paper45_Smith.mp4)

Submission deadline: 01 October 2026, 12:00 noon (CET)
Optional Video Upload for In-Person Presenters
Presenters attending the conference in person are encouraged (but not required) to upload a pre-recorded version of their presentation using the official template.
These videos will be:

Featured on the Energy Informatics Academy YouTube channel

Promoted across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Uploading a video provides an excellent opportunity to extend the visibility and impact of your research beyond the conference audience.
