Registration fee
Each accepted paper must be covered by one presenter registration. Presenter registration, including any additional page fees, must be completed by 20 August 2026. A single presenter may register up to two accepted papers, with the second paper charged at the reduced second-paper fee. Non-presenter registration is intended only for participants who attend the conference without presenting an accepted paper.

Note:
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the EI.A 2026 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 20 August 2026. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 20 August 2026. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
