Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the EI.A 2026 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 15 August 2026. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 15 August 2026. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
