Note:
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the EI.A 2025 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 31 October 2025. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 31 October 2025. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
