Banquet Registration for Additional Guests
As a registered participant of the EI.A 2024 Conference, your banquet attendance is included. If you would like to bring additional guests to the banquet, please register and make the payment online using the form below.
Each additional guest will incur a fee of 35 Euros, which must be paid via the payment channel below.
Please note that guest registration and payment must be completed by 23 October at 5 PM (the Bali time) to secure their spot at the banquet.

Note:
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the EI.A 2024 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 15 September 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 15 September 2024. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
