Paper and presenter registration

The registration fee covers the PhD workshop participation of the presenter and the open access publication fee for the paper.

One registration fee covers the open access publication fee of one paper.

PhD students are expected to present their accepted papers at the PhD workshop. Their PhD supervisors can participate in the PhD workshop only by invitation (To be invited, please send email to contact@energyinformatics.academy).

Note:
Invited PhD students must register their papers in advance for inclusion in the PhD workshop program. In case of No–shows, the accepted paper will be removed from the post-workshop distribution and will not be available on the Springer Open Journal-Energy Informatics.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the workshop committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 19 May, 2021. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 19 May, 2021. The refund will be processed only after the workshop.
