Please note:

  • This fee only applys for the camera-ready version of the accepted papers

  • 20 euros for each additional page

Camera-ready paper due: 15 August 2024

Registration for paper publication and physical participation 

  • Conference registration fee with a paper presentation(s):

    • 350 euros for a paper presentation

    • 50 Euro for each extra paper presentation (with the same presenter)

  • Conference registration fee without a paper presentation:

    • 200 Euro for each physical conference participation

​

Note:

 

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail (contact@energyinformatics.academy) to the EI.A 2024 conference committee. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received before 15 September 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after 15 September 2024. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
